On trial for the 2017 murder of Sydney Loofe; she and a friend, sometimes called a business partner, Aubrey Trail, met several women on dating apps (press says it was Tinder) and promised to take care of them as sugar daddies, provided the women joined their "Coven of Witches." Press accounts are a bit scattered and confusing at this time; July 2nd, 2019, but one or both parties said they were vampires who helped unrealized witches unlock their powers. Most of the women treated it as a weird sex game but hung around, as the two really were paying all of their bills. At the height there were between 5-10 women in the "Coven" and things had gone very dark. BDSM was the normal, S&M was coming in, and the two were talking about how the women needed to kill someone to unlock their powers. Sydney Loofe was killed, dismembered, and scattered along some back roads. Police found most of her, though.
